Registration Deadline - February 1, 2018

COSTA RICA – May 12 – 22, 2018

  • Program cost is $2599, plus University fees of $125, totaling $2724.
  • Program cost includes: tuition for 3 credit hours, lodging in double or triple accommodations, medical insurance, 10 breakfasts, 9 lunches, and 3 dinners and weather permitting a day excursion to Poas Volcano and La Paz Waterfall Gardens.
  • Airfare is not included and must be purchased by the student. You may wish to consider purchasing trip cancelation insurance in the event of an emergency.
  • A late fee of $100 will be added to your program cost, if the $500 deposit is paid after December 15th.
  • FULL payment due March 1, 2018, first payment due February 25th.
  • Costs do not include such items as: airfare to and from Costa Rica, passport fees, laundry, telephone and internet costs, lodging and transportation while traveling on your own, meals other than those specified, and items of a personal nature.

LONDON, ENGLAND – May 7 – 10, 2018 (Lafayette) & May 29 – June 13, 2018 (England)

  • Program cost is $3575, plus University fees of $215, totaling $3790.
  • Program costs include: tuition for 6 credit hours, lodging and breakfast at a London hotel, medical insurance, museums, entrance fees, field trips, public transportation passes and complimentary wireless for student laptops.
  • Airfare is not included and must be purchased by the student. You may wish to consider purchasing trip cancelation insurance in the event of an emergency.
  • A late fee of $100 will be added to your program cost, if the $500 deposit is paid after December 15th.
  • FULL payment due April 25, 2018, first and second payments due February 25th and March 25th.
  • Costs do not include such items as: airfare to and from England, passport fees, laundry and telephone costs, public access to the internet, lodging and transportation while traveling on your own, meals other than those specified, and items of a personal nature.

PARIS, FRANCE – May 22 – July 4, 2018

  • Program cost is $5975, plus University fees of $305, totaling $6280.
  • Program costs include: tuition for 9 credit hours, lodging, medical insurance, museums, entrance fees, field trips, and public transportation passes.
  • Airfare is not included and must be purchased by the student. You may wish to consider purchasing trip cancelation insurance in the event of an emergency.
  • A late fee of $100 will be added to your program cost, if the $500 deposit is paid after December 15th.
  • FULL payment due April 25, 2018, first and second payments due February 25th and March 25th.
  • Costs do not include such items as: airfare to and from France, passport fees, Eurail pass, laundry, telephone and internet costs, lodging and transportation while traveling on your own, meals other than those specified, and items of a personal nature.
  • Round trip airfare on the group flight which includes transportation to and from the airport, will be available at a cost of $1260. Students will be responsible for any additional government imposed taxes, security charges or fuel surcharges on the airline ticket, if imposed by the airlines. Typically, this has rarely occurred but each person is liable for any increase.

FLORENCE, ITALY – May 20 – July 2, 2018

  • Program cost is $5975, plus University fees of $305, totaling $6280.
  • Program costs include: tuition for 9 credit hours, lodging, medical insurance, museums and entrance fees, guided tours and field trips, including a three day excursion in Rome.
  • A late fee of $100 will be added to your program cost, if the $500 deposit is paid after December 15th.
  • FULL payment due April 25, 2018, first and second payments due February 25th and March 25th.
  • Costs do not include such items as: airfare to and from Italy, passport fees, Eurail pass, laundry, telephone and internet costs, lodging and transportation while traveling on your own, meals, and items of a personal nature.
  • Round trip airfare on the group flight which includes transportation to and from the airport, will be available at a cost of $1334. Students will be responsible for any additional government imposed taxes, security charges or fuel surcharges on the airline ticket, if imposed by the airlines. Typically, this has rarely occurred but each person is liable for any increase.
